December 2, 2007:
Today was a sleepy, stormy day...we went to the Lahaina Craft Fair and bought some fabulous gifts for others (and ourselves). It was a great opportunity to see local arts and crafts; perfect for a rainy day. There was a lone poodle, Nani, at the fair with near celebrity status (e.g., visiting pet owners with fur withdrawal often turn to local creatures for a pet fix).
Desiree and Chris went to the Drums of the Pacific luau at the Hyatt Regency and the rest of us went to dinner at Leilani's in Kaanapali.

Chris and Dez learned how to play pinochle, which was usually reserved for the old folks.
